Welcome to the Newest Members of the SustainHealth Squad!

At SustainHealth, our team members really do make our company what it is, by bringing our values and mission to life.

With demand for our healthcare recruitment solutions continuing to grow we have had the opportunity to welcome more wonderfully talented recruitment professionals onboard!

It’s with great pleasure that we introduce the most recent additions to the SustainHealth family, Joanne, Amanda, Fiona and Viki!

We started off the year right by having our new Para Consultant, Joanne Chai, join us. Joanne has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Human Resources. Not a stranger to the health and wellness industry, it is obvious that nursing recruitment is a great fit for Joanne. Always excited to have the opportunity to learn more about the healthcare recruitment industry, she is looking forward to building long-term relationships with our candidates and clients. Travelling has always been Joanne’s passion having travelled multiple trips to Asia, still, she never misses out spending the time to enjoy good food with her family and friends whenever she is not busy qualifying awesome candidates here at the Sustain Health HQ.

With her keen interest in the health and wellbeing sectors since graduating her degree in Human Biology, we are excited that Amanda Quinn will bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the table. Having left England to live and work in France, Greece and New Zealand, Amanda is now happily settled in Australia. She was introduced to the recruitment industry early last year and since joining SustainHealth as a Recruitment Consultant, Amanda is now specialising in nursing and midwifery and is heading up our busy Queensland desk. When Amanda is not hitting the phones here at HQ, you will find her enjoying the beach, whether it be a winter coastal walk or relaxing by the water.

As a Para Consultant on our WA desk, Fiona O’Shea enjoys joining in community discussions on our company social media pages and never misses and opportunity to connect with our candidates. After making the big move from Ireland to sunny Australia Fiona is as excited as we are with her new role and new adventure here at SustainHealth. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and a Master’s Degree in Journalism, fiona is eager to incorporate and transfer those skills to her new position. Fiona is passionate about helping others and is excited to learn more about the ever-growing healthcare recruitment industry. When Fiona isn’t busy at her desk collaborating with clients and candidates, she enjoys reading books, soaking in the great Sydney sunshine.

After searching far and wide, we’ve found the perfect fit for our Compliance Team. Viki Villa has an extensive 11-years’ experience in the business process outsourcing industry as a training manager and was part of the training and development teams for a number of international global brands. Having been one of the hiring managers for a national healthcare business in the United States, she was responsible for managing the training and compliance of the organisation across 3 sites. Accountable for the creation of business processes. Working as a Compliance Consultant, Viki has proven herself as a motivated and hardworking member of the SustainHealth team. When Viki is not supporting our wonderful candidates with their compliance needs, she enjoys working as a photographer covering events and weddings. Viki is also passionate about cooking and is always eager to try new dishes.

We are very excited to have so many new faces join the team and look forward to continued expansion here at  SustainHealth HQ!
