Terms & Conditions – SUSTAINHEALTH Festive Holiday CASUAL COMPETITION
- Competition Period: The competition applies to eligible shifts worked between 15 December 2026 and 15 January 2027, inclusive. The competition period is subject to the eligibility requirements outlined below.
- Eligible Candidates: This promotion is available to eligible casual candidates working through SustainHealth. Candidates must meet SustainHealth’s standard registration, screening, credentialling and onboarding requirements to participate.
- Eligibility and Commencement: Candidates must commence their first eligible shift within the competition period, with the first shift starting between 15 December 2026 and 15 January 2027, inclusive.
- Winner Determination: The winner will be the eligible candidate who records the highest total number of approved working hours during the competition period. The number of shifts worked alone will not determine the winner.
- Shift Eligibility: Only eligible shifts completed within the competition period will count towards the competition. Shifts must be worked through SustainHealth and recorded in accordance with the applicable timesheet and attendance procedures.
- Tracking and Calculation: All eligible shifts and working hours will be tracked in Xemplo. Approved timesheets and official attendance records will be used to calculate each candidate’s total eligible hours. Candidates are responsible for ensuring their timesheets are submitted accurately and on time.
- Tie-Breaker: If two or more candidates record the same highest total number of eligible working hours, SustainHealth will determine the winner using a fair tie-breaker process.
- Reward: The successful winner will receive a $750 Prezzee digital gift card, subject to verification of eligibility and confirmation of the final competition results.
- Fraud and Misuse: SustainHealth reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a reward where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, inaccurate timesheets, misleading information, deliberate manipulation of working hours or misuse of the competition.
- Changes to the Competition: SustainHealth reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law. Any changes will not unlawfully affect rewards already validly earned.
- General Conditions: Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All eligibility and winner determinations will be made by SustainHealth in accordance with these terms and conditions and applicable law.
