Terms and Conditions:

Refer a Friend Reward: 

1. Dates for this promotion begin 12:00am 21/10/2018 and end 11:59pm 31/12/2018
2. To be eligible for this bonus, your referral must be working on a SustainHealth contract between 12:00am 01/12/2018 and 11:59pm 31/12/2018
3. Referral rewards will be provided as Visa or MasterCard prepaid Gift Card with a value of $350. This will likely be delivered to you via registered post.
4. A referral can be made via email or the registration page on the website, this must be I writing, however the incentive is only applicable for newly referred   and registered candidates who have not previously registered with SustainHealth Recruitment.
5. Only if the referred prospect is successfully placed with SustainHealth Recruitment, will a referral reward be forwarded to you, the referring party. Successful placement is defined as when the candidate successfully completes a 13-week contract as a minimum.
6. Only new candidates or clients can be referred. That means that it must be the applicant’s first official employment related contact with SustainHealth Recruitment. You cannot refer candidates and clients who have previously used our services or registered with SustainHealth Recruitment.
7. If a referral is submitted twice from different referees, then the first referral will be eligible for the reward.
8. Referrals are not valid where the prospect and the referring party are one and the same person.
9. The referee will receive their reward no more than thirty days following the successful completion of the 13-week continuous assignment upon request.
10. Respecting the privacy of others is also a priority for us. Any referral must be authorised by the person that is referred to SustainHealth Recruitment. By accepting our terms and conditions you represent that you have the authority to disclose the name of the person or business who is referred to us. Without this authority, you acknowledge that you are ineligible to participate in the SustainHealth Recruitment Referral Program.
11. It is your responsibility to claim the referral bonus.
12. The referral bonus may be rejected should the referral not be compliant under SustainHealth Recruitment framework.
13. No replacements or alternatives will be provided if the gift card is lost or stolen. No monetary alternative is available.
14. If the prospect is placed into a role and subsequently extended in their role or hired on a permanent basis, please note you will receive one $350 bonus for that placement after successful completion of the 13-week initial placement time. No ongoing or additional rewards are available for any subsequent work undertaken by the prospect.
15. Please note that all contracts or placements accepted or agreed to before the launch of this loyalty or referral promotion will not qualify for bonus payments.
16. The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change at any time without notice. This program may be terminated at SustainHealth Recruitment’s discretion at any time.
17. SustainHealth reserve the right to reject a bonus request at any time

Christmas Bonus Reward: 

1. Dates for this promotion begin 12:00am 21/10/2018 and end 11:59pm 31/12/2018, candidate must accept and start a contract from within this time frame to be eligible.
2. To be eligible for this bonus, you must be working on your contract between 12:00am 01/12/2018 and 11:59pm 31/12/2018.
3. Loyalty bonus will be provided as Visa or MasterCard prepaid Gift Card with a value of $200. This will likely be delivered to you via registered post
4. Your prepaid gift card will be sent to you once you have successfully completed a 13-week contract or more
5. If you leave for any reason, do not start, or get asked to leave your contract at any time before the end of your assigned contract, you will not receive a rewards gift card
6. You will receive the reward no more than thirty days following the successful completion of a 13-week continuous assignment upon request.
7. No replacements or alternatives will be provided if the gift card is lost or stolen. No monetary alternative is available

9. The bonus may be rejected should you not be compliant under SustainHealth Recruitment framework
10. Please note that all contracts or placements accepted or agreed to before the launch of this loyalty or referral promotion will not qualify for bonus payments.
