SustainHealth: Navigating Victoria’s Talent Landscape and Celebrating Excellence at the Awards Night
Recently myself, and my SustainHealth managers, Katie and Rebecca, had the wonderful experience of traveling to Melbourne, Victoria for a SustainHealth Awards event, and fortunately, we were also able to visit some of the hospitals where we’ve been trusted to recruit.
Rebecca and I arrived on Wednesday and promptly headed to a regional area in Victoria, to tour two sites we supply and meet a few of our lovely, talented nurses.
On Thursday, we visited a site on the outskirts of Melbourne’s CBD and some of our partner hospitals in the CBD.
In the evening, we dressed up for the Smart 50 Awards where SustainHealth Recruitment took 6th place out of 50! What an achievement as a team!
There is a unique aspect to being physically present with our wonderful clients and candidates. Exploring the surroundings, in the town or city where they are placed and meeting people in person, provided valuable insights for the SustainHealth Nursing and Midwifery South team.
This visit served as a great reminder of the privilege I and the SustainHealth team have in supporting healthcare services throughout Australia and contributing to the wider healthcare community in Australia.
