Terms & Conditions – SUSTAINHEALTH Festive Holiday CONTRACT COMPETITION
- Competition Period: The competition applies to eligible contracts commencing between 15 December 2026 and 15 January 2027, inclusive. The competition may continue until 30 June 2027, if required, to verify and determine the longest qualifying contract.
- Eligible Candidates: This promotion is available to eligible candidates working through SustainHealth in Australia only. Candidates must meet SustainHealth’s standard registration, screening, credentialling and onboarding requirements to participate.
- Contract Eligibility and Commencement: To qualify, candidates must commence an eligible contract between 15 December 2026 and 15 January 2027, inclusive. The contract must have a duration of more than 12 weeks to be eligible for the competition.
- Winner Determination: The winner will be the eligible candidate who continues the longest qualifying contract, provided the contract meets the minimum duration requirement of more than 12 weeks.
- Contract duration: The qualifying contract duration may include either the originally agreed contract period or any approved contract extensions.
- Contract Verification: Eligible contracts must be confirmed and recorded through SustainHealth. Contract start dates, agreed end dates and any approved extensions or variations may be reviewed to verify eligibility and determine the winner.
- Tracking and Calculation: Contract details will be tracked using SustainHealth’s internal systems. Official contract documentation and records will be used to determine each candidate’s qualifying contract duration. Candidates must ensure that all relevant contract information is accurate and up to date.
- Tie-Breaker: If two or more candidates have qualifying contracts of the same longest duration, SustainHealth will determine the winner using a fair tie-breaker process.
- Reward: The successful winner will receive a $750 Prezzee digital gift card, subject to verification of eligibility and confirmation of the final competition results.
- Fraud and Misuse: SustainHealth reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a reward where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, misleading information, inaccurate contract details, deliberate manipulation of contract duration or misuse of the competition.
- Changes to the Competition: SustainHealth reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law. Any changes will not unlawfully affect rewards already validly earned.
- General Conditions: Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. All eligibility and winner determinations will be made by SustainHealth in accordance with these terms and conditions and applicable law.
