SustainHealth Rewards – Rural & Remote Terms & Conditions
1. General
The SustainHealth Remote Area Nursing (RAN) Professional Development Incentive is offered by SustainHealth Recruitment to support eligible Registered Nurses in developing their professional skills, gaining relevant certifications and progressing their careers.
By participating in this incentive, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
- This incentive is available to eligible Registered Nurses residing and working in Australia.
- Participants must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
- Participants must undertake an eligible Remote Area Nursing (RAN) contract arranged through SustainHealth Recruitment.
- Participants must complete a minimum of 12 weeks on an eligible RAN contract through SustainHealth Recruitment to qualify.
- Additional eligibility requirements may apply and will be confirmed by SustainHealth Recruitment.
3. Professional Development Funding
- Eligible participants may access up to $1,000 towards relevant professional certifications.
- Funding is intended to support professional development relevant to the participant’s nursing practice, role or career progression.
- All certifications and courses must be approved by SustainHealth Recruitment before any costs are incurred.
- The maximum funding available is $1,000 per eligible participant, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by SustainHealth Recruitment.
4. Qualifying Period
- Participants must successfully complete at least 12 weeks on an eligible RAN contract arranged through SustainHealth Recruitment.
- The qualifying period will be assessed by SustainHealth Recruitment using the participant’s contract and placement records.
- Any exclusions, interruptions, extensions or variations to the qualifying period will be assessed by SustainHealth Recruitment and communicated to the participant where applicable.
5. Claiming Professional Development Funding
- Prior approval must be obtained before enrolling in a course, purchasing a certification or incurring any related expenses.
- Participants may be required to provide supporting documentation, including course details, invoices, receipts or proof of enrolment or completion.
- Expenses incurred without prior approval may not be eligible for funding.
6. Eligible Certifications and Expenses
- Certifications and courses must be relevant to nursing practice, Remote Area Nursing or the participant’s professional development.
- SustainHealth Recruitment reserves the right to assess whether a proposed certification or course meets the eligibility criteria.
- Travel, accommodation, equipment, ongoing membership fees and other incidental expenses are excluded unless expressly approved in writing.
7. Non-Transferability
- The professional development incentive is personal to the eligible participant and cannot be transferred to another person.
- The funding is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for an alternative reward.
- Eligible participants may receive a Prezzee digital gift voucher valued at up to $1,000, depending on the applicable reward offer and eligibility criteria.
- Unused funding cannot be carried over or applied to another participant.
8. Changes to the Incentive
SustainHealth Recruitment reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the incentive where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Any changes will not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this incentive will be handled in accordance with SustainHealth Recruitment’s applicable privacy policy and Australian privacy laws. Information may be used to assess eligibility, administer funding and communicate with participants about the incentive.
10. General Conditions
- SustainHealth Recruitment reserves the right to decline a claim where the eligibility criteria have not been met or where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.
- All funding approvals are subject to these terms and conditions and written confirmation from SustainHealth Recruitment.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.
