Terms & Conditions – SUSTAINHEALTH – $500 Referral Bonus RAN
- New Candidates Only: This promotion is available for new candidates who are remote area nurses (RANs) or midwives only. Candidates must not have previously worked through SustainHealth. SustainHealth reserves the right to verify a candidate’s eligibility against its internal records.
- Eligible Referrers: The person making the referral must be a former or current employee of SustainHealth at the time the referral is submitted.
- Referral Period: This promotion is ongoing and applies to eligible referrals made in accordance with SustainHealth’s referral terms and conditions.
- Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the designated SustainHealth referral process and include sufficient information to identify both the referrer and the referred candidate. The referrer must be clearly identified at the time of submission.
- Referral Bonus Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete a minimum 6-week contract with SustainHealth for the referral bonus to become payable.
- Candidate Consent: Referrers must have the referred candidate’s permission to share their contact details with SustainHealth. All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Candidate Registration and Eligibility: Referred candidates must meet SustainHealth’s standard registration, screening, credentialling and onboarding requirements. Submission of a referral does not guarantee registration, placement or eligibility for a reward.
- One Referral Per Candidate: Each candidate may only be referred once under this promotion. Where multiple referrals are received for the same candidate, SustainHealth will determine the eligible referral based on its records and the timing of receipt.
- Exclusion from Other Referral Promotions: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with SustainHealth’s $250 Evergreen Referral Reward. The same referral cannot qualify for both promotions, and only one applicable referral reward may be claimed per candidate.
- Verification of Eligibility: All referrals are subject to verification by SustainHealth. SustainHealth reserves the right to reject referrals that do not meet the eligibility criteria, contain inaccurate information or are submitted in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Tracking/Calculation: Contract or casual shifts/hours will be tracked in Xemplo.
- Rewards: Eligible rewards will be issued in the form of a Prezzee digital gift card.
- Fraud and Misuse: SustainHealth reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a reward where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, misleading information, duplicate submissions or deliberate misuse of the promotion.
- Changes to the Promotion: SustainHealth reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law. Any changes will not unlawfully affect rewards already validly earned.
- Australian Requirement: The referred candidate must be currently residing in Australia at the time of referral and placement to qualify for the referral bonus.
- General Conditions: Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. All eligibility and referral decisions will be made in accordance with these terms and conditions and applicable law.
