Terms & Conditions – SUSTAINHEALTH – X 3 RAN Contracts in 12-Months – $500
Candidate Requirements: This promotion is available for candidates who are remote area nurses (RANs) or midwives only.
- Contract Condition: The $500 bonus applies exclusively to nurses or midwives who successfully complete three remote-area nursing contracts sourced, managed and facilitated by SustainHealth within a 12-month period. Contracts independently secured or completed through other agencies or directly with healthcare facilities are not eligible.
- Tracking/Calculation: Contract or casual shifts/hours will be tracked in Xemplo.
- Rewards: Eligible rewards will be issued in the form of a Prezzee digital gift card.
- Fraud and Misuse: SustainHealth reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a reward where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, misleading information or deliberate misuse of the promotion.
- Changes to the Promotion: SustainHealth reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law. Any changes will not unlawfully affect rewards already validly earned.
- Australian Requirement: Candidates must work and reside in Australia.
