SustainHealth Rewards – Terms & Conditions
1. General
- SustainHealth Rewards is a rewards program offered by SustainHealth Recruitment to eligible nurses, subject to these terms and conditions and any additional conditions communicated for specific promotions.
- By participating in SustainHealth Rewards, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
- SustainHealth Rewards is available to eligible participants residing in Australia only.
- Participants must meet all eligibility requirements communicated by their SustainHealth consultant or specified in the relevant promotion.
- Additional eligibility criteria may apply to individual rewards or special promotions.
- SustainHealth Recruitment reserves the right to verify a participant’s eligibility before issuing a reward.
3. Rewards
- Eligible participants may receive a Prezzee digital gift voucher valued at up to $1,000, depending on the applicable reward offer and eligibility criteria.
- Special promotions may offer additional rewards or benefits, subject to the specific conditions of each promotion.
- The reward available to a participant will be confirmed by their SustainHealth consultant.
4. Claiming a Reward
- Participants must follow the instructions provided by their SustainHealth consultant to qualify for and claim a reward.
- Participants may be required to satisfy specific conditions before a reward is issued.
- SustainHealth Recruitment reserves the right to withhold a reward where eligibility requirements have not been met or where fraudulent, misleading or otherwise improper conduct is suspected.
5. Prezzee Vouchers
- Prezzee vouchers are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Prezzee.
- Unless otherwise required by law, rewards are not redeemable for cash, transferable or exchangeable for another reward.
7. Changes, Suspension or Withdrawal
- SustainHealth Recruitment reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw SustainHealth Rewards or any associated promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Any changes will not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy
- Personal information collected in connection with SustainHealth Rewards will be handled in accordance with SustainHealth Recruitment’s applicable privacy policy and Australian privacy laws. Information may be used to verify eligibility, administer rewards and communicate with participants about the program.
10. General Conditions
- SustainHealth Recruitment reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reward where a participant has breached these Terms & Conditions or the applicable promotion rules.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.
