Five Years with SustainHealth: Recognising Angel’s Journey in Healthcare Recruitment
This year marks an important milestone for Angel Vojvoda, our Principal Healthcare Workforce Consultant, as she reaches five years with SustainHealth Recruitment.
Since joining SustainHealth, Angel has grown through several roles within the business, building her healthcare recruitment knowledge and developing long-standing relationships with nurses, clients and colleagues along the way. Today, she works closely with healthcare professionals looking for their next opportunity, particularly across New South Wales.
Five Years of Growth at SustainHealth
Angel’s journey with SustainHealth has been one of continued career development.
Over the years, she has progressed through different recruitment responsibilities before moving into her current position as a Principal Healthcare Workforce Consultant. Throughout that journey, her focus has remained on understanding the people she works with and helping healthcare professionals find opportunities that suit their experience and career goals.
For Angel, reaching five years is also about the relationships formed along the way. Reflecting on her anniversary, she shared how much she has valued meeting candidates, developing client relationships and learning throughout her time with SustainHealth.
Recognition Along the Way
Angel’s contribution to healthcare recruitment has also received recognition beyond SustainHealth.
In 2024, she was named a finalist for Recruitment Consultant of the Year at the SEEK SARA Awards, recognising her work within the Australian recruitment industry.
While industry recognition is an important career milestone, the relationships Angel has developed with candidates remain a significant part of her work. From helping nurses understand available contracts to staying connected throughout their career journeys, her approach reflects SustainHealth’s focus on providing recruitment with a personal touch.
