SustainHealth Celebrates Christmas in July: Bringing Our Team Together
Christmas came a little early at SustainHealth Recruitment this year as our team gathered for an afternoon of Christmas in July, bringing some mid-year festive cheer into the office.
Hosted by our Head of Casual and Contract Workforce Solutions, Katie Doyle, with support from our Office Coordination team, the afternoon gave everyone an opportunity to spend time together away from their usual day-to-day activities.
With homemade mulled apple juice, hot chocolate, Christmas treats, crackers and festive decorations, it was a simple but meaningful way to celebrate our people and the connections that make SustainHealth what it is.
Making Time for Our People
Working in healthcare recruitment means our days are centred around people. Our consultants are speaking with nurses and healthcare professionals about their careers, helping clients with workforce requirements and supporting placements across Australia.
Christmas in July gave us an opportunity to bring that same focus on people back to our own team.
Team activities like this are an important part of creating stronger working relationships across our different recruitment divisions. They give colleagues an opportunity to connect beyond their desks, celebrate together and recognise the work happening across the business.
Celebrating the Year So Far and Looking Ahead
The celebration also came at an exciting time for SustainHealth as we entered a new financial year.
Our team continues to grow, with new people joining SustainHealth and new areas of healthcare recruitment developing across the business. We are also continuing to strengthen our services, create more opportunities for healthcare professionals and develop lasting relationships with healthcare organisations and communities across Australia.
As our business grows, maintaining a workplace where our people feel connected and supported remains important.
The relationships within our own team ultimately influence the experience we provide to the people we work with. When our consultants communicate, share knowledge and support one another, we are better placed to provide the same level of care and connection to our candidates and clients.
